"meaningless memes"
Ever been in a museum gift shop and saw really gorgeous, high quality cards depicting celebrated works by a favorite artist?
These cards do not fit that description. They're low quality and do not do Monet justice, insofar as greeting or note cards can... The *color* and vitality of Monet is not captured sufficiently even by card standards. I got this when looking for a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I figured if the cards are nice I'll send relatives Monet cards for occasions that the greeting card industry successfully made into times we now customarily buy their cards for. I ain't sending these cards to nobody except people I hate. Nah I'm just going to throw them in the garbage. These cards look like something you'd grab at a gas station before picking up a bottle of the Wild Irish Rose for your romantic evening at the trailer park. But the box is OK and you can put your smokes or loose change in it.
